Kroger will open its first “marketplace” store Friday on Chenal Parkway. It’s an expanded operation that includes housewares, jewelry and other hard goods.

Note in the news release the late October re-opening of the Hillcrest Kroger and a mention of “expansions and remodels” planned at other Little Rock Krogers, including the Heights store. (I don’t see how it could be expanded without taking away from already difficult parking.)
