Following objections from Hino Motors, the state Public Service Commission has reviewed an Entergy electric rate increase settlement proposed by the attorney generl and others and objected to several aspects, incluing a shift of $21 million in costs from industrial to residential customers. Such a shift is not in the public interest, the PSC said. It asked for comments on this and, among others, a new deposit for industrial customers and set a hearing for May 26.
