John Adams, the assistant attorney general who finished fourth in the five-person field for the Democratic nomination for 2nd District Congress, tells me he'll be voting for Robbie Wills in the runoff. Sen. Joyce Elliott led the first primary.
He said he thought it was important that Wills had carried seven of the eight counties (but was beaten badly by Elliott in Pulaski in finishing second overall) and said Wills was doing the best job of addressing issues important to people in the middle, particularly the economy. Adams said Wills would be the best candidate to beat Republican Tim Griffin in the fall.
