March 1 polling by Rasmussen (link corrected) continues to show all Republicans leading Blanche Lincoln in the race for Senate and with greater leads over Bill Halter.

Note this, though. None of the Republicans top 50 percent against Lincoln in the latest polling, though all did a month ago. And the gaps have narrowed, with her scores up about 5 points. I think this reflects that voters have begun engaging in the actual race rather than simply responding “anybody but Blanche.” I don’t oversell this, but that’s the clear trendline. It is a long way until November. April 1 polling, after a month of Bill Halter’s ol’ football coach, might be interesting.
