The devastatingly bad flat tax amendment (replacing all state taxation with a monstrous sales tax) has been certified as to sufficiency of ballot title and the group backing it now plans to bring a friendly action before the Supreme Court to establish its legitimacy, City Wire in Fort Smith reports. Groups that believe in fair taxation and a functional government are given fair warning that it’s time to unlimber some lawyers to work on intervention petitions.
