The New York Times today features a web invention in use by some newspapers in the East that provides an easy way -- map-based -- for people to report concerns to local governments (potholes, etc.) and get feedback.
I'm going to look further into this idea here. Sounds like a winner.
But, meanwhile, I think everyone knows that this is a pretty good forum for airing complaints, passing along information and otherwise being heard.
But what say we try to encourage a little audience participation.
