94 percent — the increase in the electricity “tax” on city customers. This is the amount taken from electric rates to pay for city government, up from $5 million in 2009 to $9.7 million in 2010.

100 percent — the increase in city support for the mayor’s beloved Inland Maritime Museum, from $100,00 to $200,000.
