Two unions down, one to go



The Pulaski County School District has many more problems than the long-prickly relationship between administration and its teachers union and support staff, but it apparently eliminated the union problem last night by voting to decertify it as a bargaining agent.

In Pulaski County, that leaves only Little Rock with a labor agreement with a teachers' union. There will be lots more heat before the Pulaski decision is finally over, of course.
