But before I go, I wanted to add, because I never had another opportunity, a word about quiet Joel Anderson, UALR's steady chancellor. He deserves a pat on the back for endorsing more access to higher education for immigrants. In remarks yesterday, he supported in-state tuition for Arkansas high school graduates who've spent the requisite number of years in state because it's simply "the right thing to do." Amen.
