The morning paper's account didn't mention American Eagle, so I looked it up because I fly it to accumulate award miles. As I figured, its record isn't so hot.The August 2008 to August 2009 stats show American Eagle flights were late about 26.6 percent of the time against 31.7 for Comair, a Delta feeder; 28.1 for Delta feeder Atlantic Southeast; 25.9 for the Continental feeder airline ExpressJet; 20.4 percent for Delta flights; 17.1 percent for Southwest, and 15.4 percent for Northwest.
