Interesting figure compiled by the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System. It has counted 2,239 members of the system who retired, began drawing retirement benefits and then went back to work for a member agency of ATRS. Still under review is how many of these met all legal requirements for going back on public payrolls, particularly whether they paid reductions in benefits once required
