A Saline County business owned by state Republican Party Chairman Doyle Webb and his wife is in foreclosure, court documents show. Webb has apparently spent the $320,000 he inherited in 1996 from the estate of an 86-year-old woman whose will he helped write. That matter got him in hot water with the committee that regulates law practice. The commmittee found rules violations, but no fraud by Webb in the case.
