The concern I’ve heard most often from Arkansans regarding judicial nominees is that activist judges have no place on the highest court of the land. I agree. Time and again, Judge Sotomayor has demonstrated that she approaches cases well-studied and without bias or agenda. I cannot predict the outcome of her rulings as a Supreme Court Justice, but I do believe that she will consider each case in a fair and impartial manner.
