The UALR Board of Visitors meets Thursday to hear Chancellor Joel Anderson's team lay out a bold building plan -- $25 to $30 million in projects to be financed by bonds. Timing is good because of low interest rates. The UA Board would have to approve the plan.
The projects to be presented for discussion at Thursday's meeting:
Center for Integrative Nanotechnology Sciences; Health and Wellness Building; University Plaza Project – Professional Studies Building and Conference Center; One-Stop Student Services Center; Student Housing Addition; Self-Generation Plant; Health, Recreation, and Athletic Complex; Office of Development Space.
