It's a tough economy. There's no profit in making the boss mad. With that in mind, I interrupt my blogging for this humanitarian appeal:
These kittens need a home.
From Publisher Alan Leveritt:
These kittens were living beneath an abandoned house trailer down our rural road in North Pulaski County. Kaytee brought the whole brood home when a bunch of local dogs tried to dig them out and kill them. Everyone is healthy but with our four dogs and three other cats, they can’t stay. We have to take any un-adopted kittens to the pound soon. Our daughter has been playing with them constantly and they are all very tame and gentle.
The kittens and mama (we’ve found a home for her) are temporarily with a family member in Hillcrest for the next week so if you want to come by and reserve your kitten, they are centrally located. Just let me know! Your family will love these kittens. Contact Alan Leveritt through firstname.lastname@example.org.
And, since we're having an edition of Swap Shop: I can put you in a one-owner 1990 Mercedes 300E with new tires and battery, 105,000 miles when the odometer broke not long ago, body a little rough. Make an offer. email@example.com
