You know the famous firefighter plaintiff Frank Ricci in the reverse discrimination case in New Haven that has some conservatives all hot and bothered about Judge Sonia Sotomayor?
He originally got his job as a firefighter after filing a discrimination suit of his own. He claimed he'd been discriminated against on account of dyslexia. As Talking Points Memo drily put it:
If you were Frank Ricci, you might say something like, "Frank Ricci got a job and somebody who wasn't dyslexic didn't."
Do as I say, etc.
