U.S.Rep. Vic Snyder (D-Ark.) will be there.
When the lead on a New York Times story says:
Overcoming deep divisions within its Democratic majority, the House passed legislation on Friday intended to address the threat of global warming and transform the way the United States produces and uses energy.
It is a sad damn day when the only vote for the legislation in Arkansas comes from Congressman Snyder. Boozman, sure. He's a nut. But Berry and Ross? I'm telling you, Dustin, the environment is where you can rake Ross in 2014 if only you have the nerve. Start building some cred on the SWEPCO case.
