A spokesman for Mothers Against Drunk Driving reports that Little Rock police detective Russell Littleton was found guilty today in Bryant District Court on DWI, refusal to take a Breathalyzer and speeding counts. The case has been reported previously. It is the case in which Bryant authorities said the officer had sought “professional courtesy” after his traffic stop. MADD said his attorney said he would appeal. Littleton received a $980 fine for DWI and $145 for refusal, with nothing further for speeding. He’d already served a license suspension and taken a mandatory education course.
