The Department of Finance and Administration released their general revenue report for the month of April. Big take away? Looks like year-to-date levels are holding steady. How'd we do in April though? Not so good. Net available general revenue was down $60.2 million (nearly 11 percent below last April). That's 4.9 percent below forecast.
The report shows that tobacco tax revenues were $14.6 million, almost 23 percent above a year ago.
