Federal Judge William R. Wilson, free now of the Pulaski desegregation case, has settled a small score with one of the appellate judges on the case, Raymond Gruender.
In a letter to Gruender, Wilson pokes a little fun at the judge for having landed on both sides of a point of law in the school case at various times, most recently in a separate opinion when the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals declared the Little Rock School District fully desegregated.
Wilson sent copies of the letter to parties in the case. The Little Rock School Board received a copy yesterday. That mailing was forwarded to me.
