Much debate. John Williams volunteers that Rep. Donna Hutchinson (R-Desolation Row) said she didn’t like the bill and didn’t particularly want to vote for it, but something had to be done for the small churches that couldn’t afford their own security forces.

WWWJCD? What would William Jefferson Clinton do? Ask him next Wednesday, when he addresses a joint session of the General Assembly at 10 a.m. Give Clinton this much: He stood up to the NRA.
