Sen. David Johnson of Little Rock today pulled down his bill to provide a work-around so that Little Rock School District pre-schoolers can continue to kindergarten next year and not have to wait on account of a new statutory age minimum. Sen. Paul Miller raised questions.
I believe Johnson had votes in hand for approval this morning had immediate consideration been given. Next week, who knows? A little brotherhood-otherhood struggle at work here, maybe.
