in which Hot Springs
voters went 3-1 for using the 3 percent tourism tax to pay for $1.2 million worth of heat and air work at the Mid-America Science Museum. Challenging that tax is a hobby with a certain group of soreheads in the Spa area. Judge Russell Rogers'
letter ruling said statutes were followed and there was no "chicanery" in the process.
