ROAD REPORT: I have 4WD and I drove up and over my hill in Hillcrest to downtown. I don’t recommend it. The ice coverage is only patchy — odd clear stretches mixed with bad ice here and there. But where it’s bad, it’s bad. The patchiness is a good predictor of quick clearing when the temp rises a bit later in the day.
