Needless to say, Obama is all over it. McCain “earned it,” the campaign says. Could they send him to Mississippi, Alabama and Kentucky to plug senatorial candidates, please?

(That 18 percent may be an exaggeration. It’s the most recent figure I could remember for Cheney’s favorable rating.)
