I've asked about the size of the buy and the source of the money. But, from the news release, it sounds like they won't be saying. Maybe they just hope the YouTube goes viral for free. Probably not.
Little Rock - Hope for Arkansas has initiate a new ad campaign in support of Proposed Constitutional Amendment No. 3, the Scholarship Lottery Amendment.
"Today we began airing new positive television and radio ads whose goal is to get out the word about the scholarship lottery," said Hope for Arkansas spokesman Bud Jackson. "Our ads are designed to reinforce our positive message about the good a scholarship lottery will provide for Arkansas while also reminding people to go vote."
The ads will air in multiple markets from now until election day, but Hope for Arkansas is declining to offer further specific and strategic information.
"This is an exciting time for Arkansas," continued Jackson. "With the power of their own vote Arkansans can approve their own scholarship
