A high-profile Pulaski County case, that of Circuit Judge Willard Proctor and his problem-plagued Cycle Breakers probation program, has been under investigation there for some time. If the commission reaches a decision today to consider a disciplinary action it typically takes several days for the file to be prepared for public release.
