Preachers in 21 states plan to go to their pulpits this Sunday to explicitly endorse political candidates. It's part of a frontal assault on the law that prohibits tax-exempt status for churches that are used for political purposes. (No law bans churches from engaging in politics; it only bans a government subsidy of those that do.) No word yet of an Arkansas congregation at work on this, but I wouldn't be surprised.
One of the leaders of the movement, Californian Wiley Drake, is an admirer of Mike Huckabee.
If Armani Ronnie or any other Arkies join the process, I'd appreciate a report.
