, the woman who is suing the Arkansas Department of Corrections
over its policy of shackling women during childbirth, is going to get a rehearing in her case by the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. The appeals court in July reversed a district court ruling that the shackling was unconstitutional. Now it's decided to rehear the case en banc
-- meaning all the judges will hear the case, rather than a panel. Oral arguments are scheduled for Sept. 24.
