Of course it does. See Bush's war. Bush's economy. Bush's deficits. Bush's voodoo science. Bush's corrupt Justice Department and countless other politicized agencies.
But a poll with otherwise good news -- Obama leads McCain among whites, blacks and Hispanics -- contains this downer of a finding:
... a majority of those polled, both white and minority, are ambivalent about the impact of the election, saying that no matter who wins, their personal finances are unlikely to change.
