The molester will win

Looks like the Green Party, the last resort, has failed to come up with a candidate to oppose convicted sex offender Dwayne Dobbins, apparently headed back to the Arkansas legislature after leaving office in a plea bargain several years ago.

Wonder what his victim thinks of this?

Wonder if Dobbins, who's been dodging reporters since his last-minute filing in place of his wife, will answer questions in the halls of the Capitol in January? I bet he'll talk to lobbyists. But will they still take him to dinner next year? Men only, please.

Dobbins is still sitting on roughly $5,000 in carryover campaign funds, mostly built up in contributions after he'd been elected in 2004. It came from the likes of the Check Cashers, Stephens Group, CMHS Providers, Wilkes and McHugh and,  naturally, a fat $1,000 from players with the Lord's Ranch, Ted Suhl's multi-million-dollar faith-based Medicaid processing facility up in the hills.
