He rejects -- as I have for weeks -- the story line that the Democratic primary battle is assuring the election of John McCain.
Noted: the significant Republican turnout in Pennsylvania against McCain, voters who might bolt for an anti-war Democrat or stay home. The high interest in the Democratic debates. The increased turnout. The number of new Democratic voters. The lack of rigorous testing for McCain -- his dubious record, backers, etc. -- which could leave him unprepared in the fall.
