The Morning News happens to offer a bounty of school stories that indicate Little Rock doesn't have the monopoly on school friction. (And there's more of that coming today from attorney John Walker, by the way.)

The arrest of Lincoln teens for torching a teacher's car.
Assurances that the Rogers prom will be non-violent. "Every student who pulls into the parking lot prom night will be greeted by a police officer," the principal promised.
News that the Gentry school district is in fiscal distress. Not to worry, the superintendent says the cheerleaders and football team might ride the same bus, rather than separate buses, to away games and there might be fewer field trips. Swear.
