Lawyers for LRSD filed their response today to the legal pleading by former Sen. Bill Walker and family that his daughter was entitled to a school board hearing over her failure to make the cheerleading squad at Central High a year ago. They argue that she was deprived full rights for her attention deficit disorder. She’s on the squad this year.  Squadmates and others say she’s a pain, not that that’s a part of this suit. The school district response said she had all the hearings required by law.
