You know that Mike Huckabee spoke at the evangelist John Hagee's church in San Antonio today (and angered Catholics in the process on account of Hagee's virulent brand of Christianity.) Was he paid for the appearance? It was, of course, strictly nonpolitical and not in any way intended to put the Huckster's smiling face in front of Hagee's TV audience for any political purpose.
I ask because of this very interesting info: The Red State blog -- no simpering liberal bunch -- suggests that there is a way to reach Huckabee's heart for a speaking appearance. Show him a little love offering and he just might show up at a church near you, as he's been doing for money all year. Hasn't money always been the key?
