Steve Arrison, Hot Springs' version of P.T. Barnum, always has a new wrinkle. This year, for the world's shortest St. Patrick's Day parade and pub crawl at 6:30 p.m. March 17, he's lined up the "world's shortest tribute band."
“We’re going to feature Mini Kiss, a truly exciting Kiss tribute band made up of little people dressed and made up exactly like the iconic 1970s arena rockers,” said Steve Arrison, CEO of the Hot Springs Convention and Visitors Bureau. “They will play a free concert in the Broadway Entertainment District immediately after the 2008 parade and fireworks show. Mini Kiss should add a note of excitement and great fun to an event that is already famous worldwide as one of America’s unique public celebrations.”
