BACKGROUND:
Yellow Cab is committed to changing the taxi cab industry in Little Rock. Since 2004, the company has replaced its entire fleet, and a new telephone system with automatic call distribution provides prompt customer service.  The company also instituted a formal business orientation course for all drivers, which includes passenger assistance training and defensive driving instruction.  For customer convenience all taxis were recently upgraded to include a credit card swipe and a GPS tracking system.
Yellow Cab’s meter rates are established by the City of Little Rock.  It is the only taxi company in the city to be licensed and permitted by the City Board of Directors.  Each vehicle is independently owned and operated.
Yellow Cab drivers service approximately 600,000 passenger trips and transport more than 800,000 passengers annually.  For more information about Yellow Cab and its services visit www.yellowcablr.com or call 501-570-5999.
