I got a return call this morning from former state Rep. Sarah Agee of Prairie Grove, listed on the “Huckabee Team” news release yesterday. “Nobody asked me for permission to put my name on that list,” Agee said. Agee, a Republican who’s now a workforce education liaison for Democratic Gov. Mike Beebe, said she hasn’t reached a decision on her preferred presidential candidate yet because it’s too early. She said she’d talked to Alice Stewart and Chad Gallagher of Huckabee’s staff to get her name removed from the corrected news release (there were a number of other errors in name spelling and titles). She said they were accommodating if “not exactly happy” about it.
