The tyrants of Watson Chapel

The Watson Chapel School District was soundly thrashed by federal judge Leon Holmes for punishing students who wore armbands as a symbol of protest and for requiring prior approval of literature before it's distributed. But, with a state taxpayer fund available to litigate until the end of time, or at least to the U.S. Supreme Court, the district has decided to appeal the judge's decision in the ACLU-brought case, which is well-grounded in case law.

First Amendment? They don't teach it in Watson Chapel.
