The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced today that it had sued BFI Waste Services of Little Rock for allegedly refusing to hire two experienced applicants for garbage truck driving jobs because they were female. The EEOC said females, as a class, were not being hired by BFI on account of their sex.

If women can go to war — and they do — they can damn sure drive a BFI truck.
