But be sure to grab your britches. The Pine Bluff City Council will hold its final public hearing at 5:30 p.m. today on the ordinance to ban underwear exposure, typically a byproduct of saggy pants. From the PB Commercial:
The law, if adopted, would make it illegal for anyone to appear in public “attired in such a manner as to purposely or knowingly expose all or part of his or her underwear or undergarments.”
The proposed ordinance defines underwear and undergarments as “men’s briefs, long johns, boxers, women’s panties, briefs, and thongs.” Violators of the law could be fined $200.
Please note this Fox 16 scoop, however. Bras are exempt.
