We know what can happen when high-profile sports personalities start texting. We’ve seen the dangers of checking text messages behind the wheel of a police cruiser. I guess this guy wasn’t flat-out stupid so much as he was indiscreet–he doesn’t hold a candle to that guy who tried to rob a Little Rock bank right in front of a cop a couple of weeks ago–but if you’ve got shady business, you’d best do it with a little more care.
