There's a lot of buzz about the Little Rock School Board race tomorrow, particularly concerning absentee vote efforts. I'm tracking some of the rumors.
I do know that Anna Swaim, who's challenging incumbent Michael Daugherty for the pivotal Zone 2 seat, has been urging her supporters to vote early to be sure votes are counted and not missed on account of unexpected election day complications. As of mid-morning today, 117 voters had voted early at the County Courthouse, the Election Commission said, but that number included Little Rock, North Little Rock and Pulaski County School District voters.
The buzz isn't restricted to Little Rock electioneering, by the way.
