Oklahoma, despite it's troglodytic congressional delegation, still manages to lead the way on some environmental issues. It is pressing Arkansas to stop the flow of chicken waste into its rivers -- while Sens. Lincoln and Pryor, Gov. Beebe and Atty. Gen. McDaniel are doing all they can to keep the crap flowing.
Now comes the Oklahoma PSC, which has rejected an application to build a coal-fired generating plant because the panel wasn't convinced it was the "most reasonable means" of meeting future power demands.
