About 50 or so senators, representatives and others have signed on to host a $250-a-head fund-raiser to retire Mike Hathorn’s campaign debt from his race for lieutenant governor. You may send your check for $250 to Sen. Jack Critcher, the invite says, if you can’t make the lunch next Friday at Doe’s. Hmmm. I guess the senators will be throwing similar for Lt. Gov. Bill Halter any day now. Right? I believe he has a touch of debt from that race, too.
