Amen to John Brummett, who writes that, in so many words, that a new lobbying association for colleges and its new lobbyist, the previously unemployed legislator Tim Wooldridge, are just about as useful as teats on a boar Razorback. (Or, we might add, on a Wonder Boy. Which leads us to another part of his column about Ark. Tech’s non-participation in this bad lobbying idea and an explanation about how the college is not really dropping that age-old nickname for its men’s sports teams but adding another.)
