I'm back from St. Louis. Took I-40/I-55 both ways and, given my fogeydom and ever-slowing reflexes, I don't think I'd ever go U.S. 67 again. With a quick gas stop, you can do easily it under 6 hours without the headaches of small towns, two-lanes, etc. But I'm curious what others think about going the shorter route.
