Nice piece on espn.com on former Arkansas defensive end Jamal Anderson. The Falcons, who drafted Anderson with the eight pick of this year’s draft, expect the Little Rock native to be one of the keys to their defense.

To upgrade over last year’s performance on defense, the Falcons need a lot of things to fall into place, but Anderson providing solid play at left end is one of the centerpiece parts to the puzzle. The Falcons don’t have the luxury of providing Anderson a long apprenticeship. He is going to be tossed right into the action.
