Interesting article in today’s Democrat-Gazette about a spate of counterfeit ticket sales to the LSU-Arkansas game. What wasn’t clear to me is how disputes could have been resolved had fans not agreed to scrunch 50 or so folks with counterfeits into the already packed (and dreadfully cramped in the best of circumstances) stands. Absent bar code scanners, was there a way to eyeball a fake and real ticket to determine which was legit? Anybody know?
