Gennifer Flowers’ nightclub act in New Orleans must be going stale (er). Thanks to a reader for this squib from the Las Vegas Review-Journal that says she’s trading dirty jokes for cash somewhere way down the food chain in casinoland.

Gennifer Flowers made her return to the Las Vegas entertainment scene Thursday with a couple of naughty political references but no mention of former beau Bill Clinton.

She has a six-month deal as a special-guest regular on “Bottoms Up,” the 7 p.m. show at Fitzgeralds.

Flowers has been running her own club in New Orleans for several years but missed Las Vegas, even though she received a famous cold shoulder on one occasion: She was invited to perform for a charity event, but the invitation was rescinded when it was learned she was that Gennifer Flowers.

I can’t repeat her two jokes or go into details on the song she sang Thursday in the long-running randy revue.

But she told me she doesn’t miss the humidity in New Orleans, “when my hair fell flatter than a training bra.”
